For the past few months, I've been seeing Facebook posts advertising the restaurant of an officemate of ours. Cholo and I always make a mental note to visit and try it out, but have never really gotten around to doing so.
Fast forward to last Saturday night. We were on our usual Saturdate and the ever-present 'Where are we having dinner?' debate was ensuing. I remembered reading about how there was a new row of restos that opened up near Gilmore, so (with no definite restaurant in mind) we decided to go check it out.
We got to the place (it was bright, and shiny, and new), realized it was called 'Greenhills Towncenter' (even though, technically, its not really in Greenhills right?), and discovered there were so many restaurants to choose from!
And then we spotted Red Buffalo. Perfect time to try it out as - we were hungry, and coincidentally craving for buffalo wings.
Ordered the buffalo wings in the original sauce and the honey bourbon sauce. Just to clue you all in on how we can't really tolerate spicy food - Cheska (our officemate and the owner) told us that the original sauce wasn't at all that spicy but by our second piece, we were downing the iced tea like our lives depended on it. Haha. Loved the wings in honey bourbon! New favorite. Definitely coming back to try out the pizza and the pasta.
