While in Vietnam, we tried to sample as many local delicacies as we could. Pho was on the top of our list, being one of the most popular Vietnamese dishes.

What's nice about Pho is that you decide which (and how much of each) vegetable you want to add to your soup.
It's kind of surprising how filling a bowl of pho can be.
