We were up waaaaay before the crack of dawn on our 2nd day in Siem Reap. First thing on our agenda? Catch the infamous Angkor Wat sunrise.
The sight of so many people awake at this hour was enough to wake us up too.
Our tour guide Ratanak led us to a spot that wasn't so crowded (compared to the other spots, at least) and there we waited for the sun to rise.
Isn't it so pretty?? The whole time all of just kept going "Grabe, ang ganda."

After the sun had risen, we went to the library and took pictures there too.

We left Angkor Wat and headed back to the hotel for breakfast and an outfit change (hehe). More of day 2 in the next post!
