Temple Run: Ta Keo

Ta Keo actually wasn't a stop on our tour. But while we were in Cambodia, a friend of ours tweeted us saying that this was one of the places they visited (and they had so much fun) so we decided to add it to our tour too.

It was a good thing that our tour guide was nice (and young), so we were really able to tell him where we wanted to go and what we wanted to eat/see, etc. There were actually supposed to be more stops on our 3-day tour but because we were such a big group, and because we spent so much time taking photos in each stop (hehe, guilty), we didn't get to go to all the places that were on the list. We covered all the important places though.

Temple Run: Ta Prohm

Next destination for our 2nd day was the Tomb Raider temple!

Sunrise at Angkor Wat

We were up waaaaay before the crack of dawn on our 2nd day in Siem Reap. First thing on our agenda? Catch the infamous Angkor Wat sunrise.

Manila Eats: Legazpi Sunday Market

This has been on our must-do (must-eat?) list for a looooong time now. One Sunday morning (ironically after a late Saturday night out), the idea of a yummy brunch was enough to drag our weary selves out of bed.

And so we were off to Makati! The land of confusing one-way streets and 'how do I get out of here?' places! Good job Pocholo for being a patient driver, we spent a few minutes just circling around and arounddd. Thankfully, there were helpful policemen scattered everywhere. Who knew that the Salcedo market was only open on Saturdays and that the Sunday market was on Legazpi street? (Actually I knew I had read that somewhere, just totally forget about it that day hehe sorry baby!)

The 'Yeay we made it, I'm so hungry!" face.

Manila Eats: Slice

Was dying to try this place out after hearing so many rave reviews about it. After one random lunch out at High Street, we were deciding where to have dessert and luckily we remembered Slice!

Tagaytay Eats: Pamana

Wasn't too excited about lunch at Pamana as I'm not really a fan of Filipino food. Sure I think the restaurant's really pretty and the kare-kare is worth going back for, but I was against us having lunch here on the last day of our family trip. I super wanted Hawaiian Bar-B-Que but was outvoted by the rest of my family :(

Tagaytay Eats: Amoroma

Four words: Best. Prosciutto. Pizza. Ever.

Tagaytay Eats: Marcia Adams

Prior to this particular trip with my family, we had never heard of this resto. It came highly recommended by one of my mom's best friends though, so after making reservations (its one of those reservations-only places) we went in search of Tuscany in Tagaytay.

What a cute little door! This isnt the main entrance though hehe.
