Manila Eats: Nolita

If you read foodie blogs, you're sure to have come across Nolita reviews. Since we're always craving for pizza (actually we're always just craving for food, period), we headed to High Street on one sunny Saturday afternoon to get our Nolita fix.

 

Prior to this particular visit, we tried eating in Nolita around 2-3 other times. The operative word being 'tried', we were always unlucky and ended up having to pick another resto to eat in because it was always packed! 

Our strategy of going at around 2pm (after the lunch rush) worked, there were only a few diners and we had our pick of where to sit.

Everything looked so good! Had a hard time deciding on what to order.

We had to try the Chicken Parmesan.

Got a slice of the Spinach and Artichoke too.

My staple drink order - a Rootbeer Float :)

Being the takaw matas that we are, we also decided to order the Angus All Beef Cheeseburger to share.

Needless to say, we ended up eating about 1/3 of the onion rings and having the rest (the burger and the onion rings) wrapped.

This was one of those "I'm so full, I can hardly move" foodie dates. 2 slices of pizza may not sound like a lot but they were 2 really big (and really packed) slices so even just halfway through the meal, we were already so busog!
