If you grew up in the 80's / early 90's, there's a big chance that (at one time or another) your parents must have taken you to the Magnolia Plant for a treat.
Like many places that hold a lot of our childhood memories, the Magnolia Plant along Aurora Blvd is but a distant memory. Recently though, a new ice cream place (in the same area) opened up.
A little over a month ago, we went to check out the newly opened Robinson's Magnolia.
Not all the stores/restaurants in the mall were open to the public yet, and so we decided to head somewhere else for dinner.
A few weeks later, Magnolia Flavor House was the perfect place for lunch with the family.
Ordered the Angus Cheese Burger (which came with a side order of fries).
I can't even describe how yummy and cheesy this burger was! This dish is on my 'favorites' list now.
Banana Split for dessert. Just like when we were kids!
